WHAT IS  PHYSICAL FITNESS?
                Physical fitness is the ability of your body systems to work efficiently together to allow you to be healthy and perform daily activities. Being efficient means carrying out daily tasks with as little effort as possible. A fit person can complete schoolwork, meet household responsibilities, and still have enough energy to participate in sports and other recreational activities. A fit person can effectively respond to everyday life situations such as raking leaves at home, stocking shelves at a part-time job, and marching in the school band.
