WHAT IS  PHYSICAL FITNESS?                 Physical fitness is the ability of your body systems to work efficiently together to allow you to be healthy and perform daily activities. Being efficient means carrying out daily tasks with as little effort as possible. A fit person can complete schoolwork, meet household responsibilities, and still have enough energy to participate in sports and other recreational activities. A fit person can effectively respond to everyday life situations such as raking leaves at home, stocking shelves at a part-time job, and marching in the school band. A fit person can also respond to emergency situations, such as running to get help or assisting a friend in need. THE EFFECTS PHISICAL FITNESS TO ME

         The good effects of physical fitness to me are being productive in everything and managing time my additionally, I concentrate more on myself and fulfill all of my responsibilities. I also don't get sick simply because I eat nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits, take vitamins, and maintain a healthy routine.         ME AND MY BESTIE DOING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

           Physical fitness has many benefits to the human body mentally, physically, and spiritually,  it helps us form healthier habits such as daily physical activity, eating habits, and can reduce the chances of developing type 2 diabetes, circulatory problems, and becoming obese, etc.   Being physically active can  improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities .
